Welcome to LASHBOSS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (https://lashboss.online) and services.

By purchasing our course, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

4. Account Registration and Security

Creating an Account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You may not share your account with others

Account Security:

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access
• You must use a strong, unique password

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Share or resell course content
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass other users or staff

5. Course Access and Enrollment

Upon Purchase:

• You will receive access to the course within 24 hours of the purchase.
• Access is valid for a certain amount of time based on the chosen plan

Course Materials: All course content, including videos, PDFs, templates, voice messages and resources, is for your personal use only.

What You Can Do:

• Download resources for your personal business use
• Attend coaching sessions (if included)
• Participate in the student chat

What You Cannot Do:

• Share login credentials with others
• Record, copy, or screenshot course videos
• Redistribute, share, or resell course materials
• Use content for commercial training purposes
• Upload course content to file-sharing platforms

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All course materials, videos, templates, branding, text, graphics, logos, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Tatjana Pokrovska.

Copyright Protection: All content is protected by:

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal education.

7. Pricing and Payment

Course Pricing:

• Prices are displayed in EUR
• Prices may change at any time (existing purchases are not affected)

Payment Methods: We accept payment through:

• Stripe: Credit/debit cards
• Klarna: Payment plans (3 monthly instalments)

Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers
• We do not store your payment card information
• Payment information is encrypted and PCI DSS compliant

Payment Plans (Klarna):

• Available in 3 monthly instalments
• First payment due at enrollment
• Subsequent payments are charged automatically

Taxes:

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• Austrian VAT may be added for EU customers

• Prices displayed in EUR
• Exchange rates may vary
• You will be charged in the currency you select at checkout

8. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Why No Refunds: By enrolling in our course, you are provided with immediate access to protected digital content. Under Austrian consumer protection law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you explicitly waive your right to cancel and request a refund when accessing digital content.

Legal Basis: According to § 18 paragraph 1 number 11 FAGG (Austrian Consumer Protection Act) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content delivered immediately upon purchase
• Content to which you have been granted access
• Services were fully performed with your express consent

By Purchasing, You Acknowledge:

• You have read and understood this no-refund policy
• You waive your right to cancel under § 18(1)(11) FAGG
• You understand that access to digital content is immediate and non-refundable

Exceptions: Refunds may only be issued in cases of:

9. Course Certification and Accreditation

This course is NOT accredited as a lash training course under Austrian law.

Certificate of Completion: Upon finishing the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion that:

• Confirms you have completed the LASHBOSS eyelash extension training
• It is suitable for display in your studio or portfolio
• Does not serve as a professional lash artist certification

Legal Requirements: Before starting work as a lash artist:

• Check your country's legal requirements
• Some countries require an accredited lash artist certification
• Some countries require business licenses or permits
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws

Our Course Covers:

• Hands-on lash application techniques

Our Course Does NOT Cover:

• Professional lash artist certification
• Legal or regulatory compliance specific to your country

10. No Income Guarantees

Results Vary: We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or business success.

Earnings Disclaimer:

• The earnings calculator provides hypothetical examples only
• Results shown are not typical or guaranteed
• Your success depends on your effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors
• Past performance of other students does not guarantee future results

No Additional Permission Required: By submitting content, you agree that we can use it without asking for further permission each time.

Representations: By submitting content, you represent that:

Prohibited Behaviour:

Consequences: Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the community and/or account termination without refund.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• You must delete all downloaded materials
• No refund will be issued
